Narrow channels are harder than wide ones — there is less room for the cloth to move, so each one is filled and closed before the next is started.
In cream, the whole point is the shadow between the flutes; the colour does very little and the shape does everything.
A cloth that takes a clean, and a frame built to be taken off the wall when it needs one.
