Each flute is filled and stitched in turn, so the lines stay parallel the whole way up instead of wandering apart at the top the way a quick job does.
A plain top edge keeps it quiet — this is a board you notice second, after the room.
Navy holds its depth under warm light, which is why it is the colour we are asked for most after black.
